You had one BSOD occur?

It's hard to tell anything from one BSOD on a system that is outdated in many respects and might have overheating issues.

i have got a cooling pad. Temps are O.K while gaming too.
i have started getting it for a week now.
All my drivers are updated using device Driver. and i keep checking lenovo and intel websites for bios and chipset updates.
NOTE : - I have updated my last driver 2 months ago and there is no more upadate available yet so i guess its not related with any update.(Windows update is turned off).

EDIT : - i notice the send error windows popping up after crash and when i report, it opens a microsoft page stating that px engine have stopped working.
i dont have any roxio/sonic software installed. i heard that they czuse freezes and crashes just like in my case.
