S.M.A.R.T check Virus

I have a Dell running Windows XP and the S.M.A.R.T Check virus has taken over my computer! This virus is new to me anyone have any advice. I can't go online or access any files or programs and I can't get into safe mode any suggestions would be appreciated.

I suggest that you follow Steps 6-10 at Preparation Guide, Before Using Malware Removal Tools and Requesting Help - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic34773.html and post the requested logs, along with pertinent narrative, in the forum where the Prep Guide is listed.
