Hello there. I've joined here because it seems like a reliable place to get the occasional tech support. Despite using a computer several hours a day for over 15 years, I seem to completely forget everything I learned about viruses, malware, hardware compatibility issues, data corruption, etc. in the months between major problems, so I thought it prudent to join a forum of people that know what they're doing. I'm not sure how much I can add to the community, but I'll do my best to abide by the rules.

Welcome to BC! The problem with malware is yesterday's solutions may not work on the many new attempts to attack your hard drive. Rely on BC for help when something new invades!
