Hey guys,

I've got a blue screen error plaguing me on a desktop running Windows XP Home Edition. The error in question says "DRIVER_UNLOADED_WITHOUT_CANCELLING_PENDING_OPERATIONS", and seems to deal specifically with a file called "tmtdi.sys". I am at a loss as to what to do. Can anyone provide any help?

Thank you!

Alright, I finally got in using safe mode, and attempted to uninstall Trend Micro Titanium. However, the uninstall bar stalled at 0%, and when I went in and tried to delete the files in the program folder, it told me that certain files were "protected" and did not allow me to delete them.

Still can't get past the blue screen in normal mode.

Use this method to uninstall trend micro

http://esupport.trendmicro.com/solution/en-us/1037161.aspx

Also try this tool

http://majorgeeks.com/Revo_Uninstaller_d5706.html

If you want boot into normal mode then you can also try a clean boot

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310353

good luck

The Trend Micro toolkit uninstall worked great, and I finally got past the blue screen and got into normal mode.

Now, I can't access the internet.

I opened up a command prompt and attempted to reset TCP/IP stack to installation defaults with "netsh int ip reset reset.log" and winsock with "netsh winsock reset catalog", then rebooted, but nothing changed in the diagnostic log and I still don't have access.

Where to from here, captain?
