I am running Norton Anti-Virus 2011 on a Vista 32-bit system. I have two windows updates that will not install. The error that is lists is 800B0100. I have followed their suggestions and loaded the readiness tool and let Microsoft Fix-it do it's thing, but I still can't get them to install.

Any suggestions?
