explorer.exe crashes

when I'm moving files and also when I try to reach a specific MP4 file, explorer.exe crashes with that messege:
Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close.
here is the hijackthis.log file:

Hijack This log removed as we rarely use it anymore and then only for malware diagnosis in a special forum. At present, there is no indication of malware. ~ OB

Pls help me, I cannot work on my computer and I have a deadline.
