Hello people. Since downloading version 13.0 of Firefox, I can not browse. With every try I get " Firefox can't find the file at jar:file:///C:/Program Files (x86)/Mozilla Firefox/omni.ja!/chrome/en-US/locale/browser-region/region.propertiesallcare. " This is driving me bonkers!! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi, thanks for advice. However, the "reset" option was blanked out and unusable. I did reinstall several times to no avail. I want to go back to older version, I think it was 10.0.1, but I can't find it. it may say 10.0.1, but when you go to download it is version 13.. Do you know of any site which actually has older version? Thanks

Hello. Resetting without add ons seems to have done the trick. I can now surf web with FF. Thanks for all your help. This post is now closed. :-)
