I cannot print my E-mails from the Outlook Express inbox.
error message reads: An error has occured in the script on this page
Line 1344
char 1
Error unspecified
Code 0
URL res://C:\windows\system32\shdoclc.dll/previous.dig
The problem does not occur if I read mail from tiscali inbox.
All other documents,text or pictures, print on request.
Can anyone help?!!

Hi Ernest

Try this with IE/OE closed.
Start -> Run -> Type "regsvr32 ole32.dll" (without quotes) in the box
Click Ok.

Reboot and see if you can print.

Many thanks your reply. I'm a struggling OAP and don't recognise the term IE/OE.

Sorry Ernest - IE/OE means Internet Explorer and Outlook Express.
