Hello, I am try to troubleshoot a friends computer for them, they are using windows xp pro. they installed some new printer drivers and now the files in the program files menu don't show up. The directory structure is there and you can open the program tree but when you open a folder, the box that wouldn normally show the program and other links is empty, and you can see through it. When I hover my pointer over where the icons/links should be it show the popup of their location but clicking it wont open anything. Anyone have any idea what the problem is?
