I am trying to remove ALOT Toolbar which I accidently downloaded. I tried to get rid of it through the add/remove programs in the control panel, but my list of programs does not show "alot toolbar". Does it have another name?

I read online that HijackThis can help, so I downloaded that and did a scan. But again, ALOT toolbar does not show in the results.

How can I be rid of this toolbar and return to my normal google toolbar

Thank you!

Download and install the Revo Uninstaller (Freeware) from here.

Run Revo Uninstaller and select the program to remove (one at a time), and click the Uninstall icon.

Click Next, and follow the prompts.

Click Select All, and Delete to remove all Registry items, folders and files listed by Revo.

If asked to restart the computer, then, do so.
