I feel confident that the virus has already been removed. I have been charged with the task of getting access again to the encrypted file. After removing the extension ".crypt", I am still unable to open the files. I have ran all the recommended unencrypting utils from Kaspersky, none of which have successfuly unencrypted file. I did also run photorec which has given me access to some of the files, but I need them all.

Any thoughts?

Regards.
