Hi there,

After becoming infected, and trying various fixes found via google eventually I found my way here.

It is organised, structured, and the way you deal with problems has a method, unlike my haphazard and panic'd state prior to reading through.

Just wanted to say Hi, I'm from England, and will be requesting help shortly. I hope you can help me.

Thanks for your time.

Thank You,

Yes I hope to be helped whenever someone is available.

For now though the PC will remain off until I need to turn it on to run your fixes.

Interesting posts, an amazing how highly skilled some of you are.

Cheers

If you can use another computer, then keep it turned off. Logs are generally taken on a first received first answered basis.
