I have what seems to be the same problem someone posted yesterday:

On June 9th, I woke up in the morning and turned on my computer as usual and JUST when I logged in my ENTIRE Screen becomes this alert from the "Computer Crime & Intellectual Property Section" of the "United States Department of Justice". This message covers my screen like a screensaver, there is no "X" out button or anything.

I've read your response to him and already run the RogueKiller program. Attached is the report. Please help. Thanks.

Welcome to the forum, mikeba826!

In addition to posting (do not attach) the RogueKiller report, please run the following diagnostic:

Download DDS
Save to the Desktop

Temporarily disable your AntiVirus, Firewall, and any other AntiSpyware applications. They may interfere with the programs we are about to run.

If you wish to look at information on how to disable these programs, please refer to the information available through this link

XP: Double-click the downloaded file to run the program
Vista/Windows 7: Right-click DDS and select 'Run as Administrator'

When done, DDS opens two logs:
-DDS.txt (Opens on the Desktop)
-Attach.txt (Minimized on the TaskBar)

Please post both reports (do not attach) in your reply.
