Hello,

Running xp home edition. After working with boopme for virus clean up Here:

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic456091.html/page__p__2722224__fromsearch__1#entry2722224

and working with hamluis here for activation issues here:

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic456303.html/page__p__2723865__fromsearch__1#entry2723865

Everything seems to be running better than ever on this machine but upon start up each time I get the found new hardware wizard popping up for "unknown".

I look in the device manager and there is an entry for "other devices" with a yellow question mark by it and two unknown device entries below that with yellow question marks.

I did not install any new hardware but I did have replace the CMOS battery. Never did that before so I am not sure if that has anything to do with it or not.

Any ideas?

The details for both devices are as follows:

ROOT\LEGACY_SASDIFS\0000

ROOT\LEGACY_SASKUTIL\0000

I think from the SAS part this might having something to do with superantispyware that was on this pc but I have uninstalled it usin CCcleaner.

Not sure if that helps.
