I'm using Windows Vista 32 bit. I had the Smart HDD Virus & several other problems about a month ago that you helped me clear & all has been running fine. However now I cannot get online at all in regular mode or once in a while & my computer is running very slow. I have run the Avast Virus Scan & it finds nothing. Can you please help me determine what the problem is? Thanks so much in advance.

**** End of log ****

Going to run the Malwarebytes now & will send that report when complete since it is my understanding that you have to be signed out of any running programs as well as have my Avast turned off. I hope this is correct.

I will send that report when complete...thanks so much for your help!

1. You're running two AV programs:
avast! Free Antivirus
Microsoft Security Essentials

You must uninstall one of them.

2. FSS log is incomplete.
Redo.

3. I still need aswMBR log.

I was unable to access the internet or when I was able to connect it would freeze with the blue circle & would have to shut my laptop down manually. All is working fine now that I uninstalled Windows Security :)
