Hi, I am encountering so many problems It's unreal. I am still learning everyday how to use my computer so please bear with me okay. First, Yahoo is my Home Page and in Mozilla Firefox under tools/options and that it has been set for awhile as my home page but in the past few day's it just automatically changes itself to btsearch.name/ I have tried resetting it and it works for about 2x logging on and then back? Sooooo confused. Secondly, when I am on the yahoo page and go to log in the page jumps and I click on something else, have to go back and "quickly" click to mail. Do I have a virus guy's? I have System Mechanic, Norton Anti Virus, and System Shield for firewall/ Please help a computer illiterate girl out. Thanks for any help, Crickit
