Connection to router but not to internet.

i have a wireless connection to a BT home hub 3 in the opposite room to the rooter, i will also say that i still get alerts from programs like skype and steam but no pages will load. here are my previous posts i think should be viewed which i tried fixing the problem: (my first post) http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic453308.html/page__p__2695949__fromsearch__1#entry2695949 .
