Hi I just cliked on this link: Mcafee Online Scan - Free online virus scanner on the following page http:--www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic405.html. On the site and get redirected to PCPitstop . Could you check it is listed as a rogue program and I use a virtual machine so no damage done still might be worth looking into? Sorry didin't know where to post. Also Avast links to an old page.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. PC Pitstop is not a rogue program. So you're safe there. Not sure how the link got redirected but I will fix that and the Avast one as well.

Thank you for your answer, wasn't quite sure I should mind. I am a big fan even if I don't do much. I always come here first to check computer related problems.I find your the best reference with the now defunct Castelcops.
