Virus Flashback appeared in win 7 after Scaning

Hi to all!

i transferred files from MAC(macbook) to windows 7 (PC) by USB flash Drive.
suddenly, the antivirus gave me a big attention that is ; the antivirus found virus (FLASHBACK MAC), and it removed successfully!
but the question is how can i remove the virus Flashback from my Mac(macbook) and how can i keep it safely protected!

please i need a good recommendation! please help me! :wacko:
