At what point does this happen? Also paypal uses HTTPS.

Are you trying to login directly to paypal or from a merchant?

It happens when i just try to visit the website. www.paypal.com

it takes me to this http://www.paypal.com/webscr.html?cmd=_login-run

when u log in it asks you to restore your account...its a fraud.

It does this across every device in my house....its awful.

I cant figure this out.

I cant even use the iphone app to get into paypal... it will also display the "internet explorer cant display page" on one of my laptops...so its definately something blocking paypal and redirecting it.
