Does Anyone Know of a Library Barcoding System/ App?

Basically we're looking for a system that could have people entered into the system and electronic equipment like cameras, books, DVD's, microphones, etc. logged into it with a barcode and scanner to check the items back in.

Anyone know of such software or app system?
