You can probably get rid of it with one of the free tools listed here:
http://www.techsupportalert.com/best-free-adware-spyware-scumware-remover.htm?page=3

Also it's a good idea to run WinPatrol:
http://www.winpatrol.com/download.html

It watches for things like home page hijack, programs putting things in registry to auto start etc.. and asks you if you want to let it continue. It's not an av program. Doesn't slow your computer down. The overhead is negligible. I've been using it since my Win98 machine, then XP Vista 64 and Windows Seven with no issues.

Hi -
First - The top link is a general method of How to Remove Babylon (part of Mystart.incredibar) -

Second - The second link is for Spybot S&D, one of the programs that usually removes Mystart.incredibar.com -
Download, Search for Updates, and run the program (Check For Problems). When finished click to any ( + ) signs and select Repair Problems.
An old style program, but it is good for these type of items -

Third - A mix of all these from mozilla.org support -
