My big downloads will not Finish if larger than a few MB.

I just built a new pc and I am trying to download a game from ,Nexon, and every time i try the download gets and error (-60; downloading interpreted). So when that happened after a few hours i tried downloading it directly from the website and the download starts but stops at around like 76 MB. So i figured that it was just the site but the i tried downloading a podcast from Revision 3 and i was coming up with the same problem. I can use uTorrent just fine, window update works, and small download work also. I just built this pc with a fresh install so I doubt that it has a virus, I have a usb wireless N receiver and that is new also so I don't know what is the problem.

My specks are:

Windows 7 SP1
Core i5 - 3570K 3.40GHz
8 GB Ram
AMD Radeon HD7700 Series

BC AdBot (Login to Remove)

Please download FarbarServiceScanner and run it on the computer with the issue.


Make sure the following options are checked:
Internet Services
Windows Firewall
System Restore
Security Center/Action Center
Windows Update

Press "Scan".
It will create a log (FSS.txt) in the same directory the tool is run.
Please copy and paste the log to your reply.


Please download MINITOOLBOX and run it.

Checkmark following boxes:


Report IE Proxy Settings
Report FF Proxy Settings
List content of Hosts
List IP configuration
List Winsock Entries
List last 10 Event Viewer log
List Installed Programs
List Users, Partitions and Memory size
List Devices (problems only)



Click Go and post the result.
