This may be the wrong place to ask this but I couldn't find the answer to my question. My question is: I posted about a PC issue 5 days ago and it has gone unanswered. Should I just "standby" for a response, bump it, etc? Also, Does anyone know where that thread is in regards to this? I'm in no way trying to be pushy, etc. I was just curious. Thanks.

There isn't a thread to post in like the Am I Infected forum. There is a queue that the malware team has access to, to pick up malware logs from. Currently you're #5 in the queue, your log should be picked up within 24 hours. If it is not picked up in that time frame please send me a PM and I'll look into it. Thank you for your patience.
