Please perform the following:

netsh winsock reset catalog

This command resets the Winsock catalog to the default configuration. This can be useful if a malformed LSP is installed that results in loss of network connectivity. While use of this command can restore network connectivity, it should be used with care because any previously-installed LSPs will need to be re-installed.

You will need to perform the bolded item from a command prompt.

Start > Run > cmd hit enter.

Each instance of support is different depending on the case following instructions in another thread can cause more issues. Please ignore the advice above.

And by that I mean post number 5.

Before we continue how did you remove the redirect?

What all did you do?

What scans did you use, and what tools?
