With W7 I have paint naturally and when I design a signature that I want to use in a document in Office 2010 I can't. So how do I go about converting that signature from PNG to the text I wish to use in Word...??? It has me beat as usual...!!!

You can't convert a image into text as you are trying to do. You can either recreate a new signature in word or use the image you created as a signature.

I don't use word 2010 However I found this tutorial.

http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/word-help/insert-a-picture-or-clip-art-HA010370563.aspx#BM3

Insert a picture from a file

Save the picture, and then insert it by following these steps.

Click where you want to insert the picture in your document.
On the Insert tab, in the Illustrations group, click Picture.

Also sections on
Keep a picture next to the text that goes with it or at a spot on the page
Keep a picture with a callout or a text box
Insert a picture from a Web page
Insert clip art

This should do the job. Also you should be able to resize it by grabbing the sides, top, bottom or corners.

Good Luck, and hope this helps?
Roger
