Came home last night, sat down, clicked on my Thunderbird icon in the taskbar and...it opened as a brand new, first time user, intro to Thunderbird. I have 5 or 6 years worth of email and addresses, etc. Where did it go? It was working fine yesterday morning. Now, it's gone! Ideas??

Most likely Thunderbird simply lost track of your profile. Start here: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Recovering_a_profile_that_suddenly_disappeared
