How do I turn off windows definder?

As you probably realize, Windows Defender is a complete waste of resources. In order to completely disable it you need to set the Windows Defender Service to DISABLED

START - RUN-
type in: services.msc
Press ENTER
Scroll Down to the Windows Defender Service, double-click on it, set it to DISABLED - Click APPLY
