Hello All,

I installed Trend Micro Titanium 2012 to this particular PC last September. Windows XP 32bit.

I know how to use a computer, but honestly, I'm lost in the art of actually knowing how a computer actually works....lol!

Yesterday I started getting a corrupt system file/unreadable file message stemming from the AMSP files on the computer...

I'm not the type of individual to scream for help immediately, so I messed around with it a bit.

Ended up deleting the Trend Micro off the computer. I saved my serial number and tried to re-install it.

I downloaded what I think is the correct installer, and keep getting the Trend Micro Restart message no matter how many times I try to restart the PC........

It's driving me crazy!! And I believe my stubbornness of not asking for help immediately, has caused me to screw things up royally........

I downloaded a "Highjack This" help tool and created a log of things it's seen. I believe I could learn Japanese easier than trying to decipher all that is in the log..

Should I post the log up here??

Where should I go from here??

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

BuckyT

How do I get help? Who is helping me?For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear....Become a BleepingComputer fan: Facebook
