I'm a technician with no computer degree. Instead, I have a Public Relations degree - not ideal for this line of work. It isn't exactly what I planned to do with my degree but I love how much I've learned in the last 8 months. No doubt I have a lot more to learn. I'd love to learn from you. RAM and Graphics cards still confuse me & I know nothing about networking. Not even Wikipedia can explain TCP/IP stacks to me.

I'm working in Illinois until I pay off debt, then I'm headed one-way to (west?) Africa to do all those goodie-two-shoes things. I've played soccer since age 5 and I love to help businesses improve their communication/marketing strategies (free). I'm on Goole+!

Hello and :welcome: to Bleeping Computer.

Be sure to check out the New User Orientation and the excellent Tutorials.
The power of accurate observation is commonly called cynicism by those who haven't got it.
