When I attempt to print a Meeting Notice from Windows XP, I only get the Attendee list, Subject and Attachment Title (if document has an attachment)printed. I cannot get the contents of the document printed and if I copy the contents to a Word Document, it will not print either. I'm sure it is a setting somewhere but just don't know where to begin and have tried searching the internet to no avail. Please help.

Can you print other documents, aside from the specified one you mention?

Can you print text files? Graphics files?

Louis

Yes, Louis, I can print some files but I did find that documentation that I received from Cisco for my new router did not print the contents of the email either. Also, I created a document and used a text box on the RH side of the 8.5 x 11" page and the text box with the contents did not print. I have a new Brother printer but they tell me that it is within my Microsoft settings that is causing me the problems. I would appreciate any help you could provide.

Judy
