Hi, I am running windows 7 and there are like 71 processes running.
I am used to having only like 10 with xp so I am not too sure what needs to be running or not.
I would like to remove all the programs that I most likely don't need and kill any processes from automatically starting every time I turn on my computer.
IF anyone can please go through my lists and suggest what to do please do so. :)

Attached is my start-up list, uninstall list, and hijackthis log.
Mod Edit: Removed HJT log, not used/allowed in this forum, is an outdated malware-removal tool - Hamluis.

I use Start Up Tool to check and disable certain programs.

Okay, thanks for that. Now that the startup files have been cleaned up, how do I stop all the unnecessary processes?

Do you experience any booting or lagging problem? Don't try fixing if it ain't broken. Win 7 system is different from XP.
