Hello. I ran two system scans with avast! on my macbook last night and both found 14 infections and 7 warnings. Here's what was found.

I haven't done anything yet and I really don't know what to do. I've asked at the avast! forum but I haven't gotten a response. I really don't know what to make of the warnings either. Should I Repair? Delete the infected? At this point I'm desperate because I'm really barely a novice at these things. What should I do? Has my mac been completely compromised? Is there a way to know and is there a way to fix it? Thanks :)

Hello, I am asking someone more familiar with a MAc then I to look. But you can quarantine/repair all the TRJ files.

boopme, thank you for the prompt response! I tried repairing those files, but got an error message instead saying that avast! was unable to do it =/

Hope to hear from you soon :)

boopme, I tried clearing the cache and then running avast again. Only 4 of the infected files were deleted. Also, I'm using the free mac version of avast.

Let's try another... I asked as Ibelieve I saw this remove them..

YOu may have to uninstall avast or at least turn it off for this.
