Every web page I open I get the message at the top "this website wants to run the following add on Adobe Flash Player from Adobe" etc etc.

How do I stop this occuring as it is driving me up the wall because I don't need it for what I am doing?

Thanks guys for any help.

That means you need to install the lastest Adobe Flash Player, you could download it from here and install it

If you doesn't want to install Mcaffe, please untick it
