Hi.I have been locked out of my laptop by the celas virus,Can any one help me remome it

No it just goses to a white page with the give us 50,had the it guys at bristol university look at it this morning and they can't help

Hello, can you give me a bit more information about your situation (what version of windows are you running and is it 64 bit or 32 bit, do you have your installation disk)?

64 bit windows vista, i don,t have the installation at the moment it is at home somewere,I could not find it last night

Please start your computer and tap the F8 key until the Advanced Boot Options menu comes up. Do you see the option Repair Windows there?
