I have a Sony Vaio laptop running Vista Ultimate and while trying to fix a problem with the DVD drive I deleted the registry subkey HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} before I made a copy of it. I recreated the subkey and got the class and class description information entered but I am still missing the rest of the subkey information. If anybody has the information for the rest of the subkey and can post it here I would be very appreciative.

Following steps involve registry editing. Please create new restore point before proceeding!!!
How to:
XP - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/948247
Vista and Seven - http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/create-a-restore-point-for-windows-vistas-system-restore/

Attached is the key from my Vista.
Hopefully there are the same.
