Hi, husband and I both have Dell Latitudes, E5500, operating Windows XP. I'm on my laptop as his is locked up trying to access the internet. He uses Google Chrome and it was opening but then locking up whenever he attempted to access the internet. Then it was locking up upon opening and IE won't open either. Task manager locks up too and he has to shut down. He clicked on an old rkill icon from a previous virus removal I did over a year ago and it said it terminated something something something dot dropbox.exe (we both use dropbox). He's still locked up though. Outlook isn't sending/receiving either.

Please help! I can't allow him to use my computer, he'll break it!! Thank you :)
