I am having a problem with Adobe Flash Player. When I click a link that requires the Flash Player, it always says it needs the Player installed. I go and install it but the next time I go to use it I have to install it again. How can I make it stick?

When you install Flash are you right clicking the executable and selecting Run As Administrator, you must do this if you have UAC Enabled. Also are you installing bother versions for x86 and x86_64?

Where are you trying to install Flash From?
