my computer has steadily been getting slower and hungs up. I think it is safe to say I have some malware or virus on it. I would appreciate any help I could get. Thanks. Andre

Are there any indications other than a slow computer and hangups that lead you to believe your system is infected?

We need more than "I think it is safe to say I have some malware or virus" before going through the malware removal process. It's possible that you have a hardware or software issue causing the slowness and hangups.

Please read and try these suggestions here http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic87058.html

If, after doing the things listed, you still have issues post back in this topic.
