Greetings all. I'm using Windows 7 64-bit and I am running a full scan with Kaspersky PURE at this moment. I was logging off my hotmail when I saw the Kaspersky found a trojan called Componentprotocol.exe. After Kaspersky disinfected the file, a pop up balloon saying something about a dll file belonging to OneNote 2007 not being optimized for this PC. I tried to close it, but it kept appearing, and repeat to infinity. A few seconds later the boxes stopped appearing and I was treated to the BSOD. What should I do to fix this? It's been a while since my last visit here, so what log should I post and what should I use to get the log?

Hi MalwareWarrior-

Is your computer booting OK now after the BSOD? Are you still getting BSODs?

Please follow this guide and post the requested logs in a reply in this thread. Thanks!
