sorry if these post are not allowed or im in the wrong are but im parting out my computer and selling someof the part and was wondering how much i can get for them.

*power supply
*Sound blaster audio card
-EAX 3.0, Plug and Play, DirectSoundŽ 3D 7.1 speaker support, 24-bit ADVANCED HD sound quality, pci
*GeForce FX 5500 graphics card
-256mb
-pci
*Pentium 4 processor with motherboard (will not part out)

I don't see a problem asking amounts as long as you are not activily trying to sell them on the forum.
When I try to sell use computer part I usually ask 50% of the going value. In your case your parts are fairly modern and should bring a fair price. Older part will demand far less.
Have you looked on eBay to see what your parts are selling for?

thanks i have a friend that wants to build his own pc so i wanted to make sure to give him a fair price. ive browsed through ebay a little but i think ill use your 50% method. thanks for the help. anyone else feel free to give an apprasal
