Let me be the first to say Welcome. :welcome:

I suspect a monitor problem.

It could be mechanical, stuck button.
Or it could be a electronic problem.

How old is the monitor?

The last time I saw that I ended up replacing my brothers monitor. It was a weird problem caused by a Thunderstorm.
