Hi,

After I open a new tab, several more of the same open also and I can't close them.

Download BlueScreenView:
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html
unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe to run the program.
when scanning is done, go to EDIT - Select All
Go to FILE - SAVE Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all of the content, and paste it into your next reply

<<Download BlueScreenView>>

Since we seem to be addressing browser problems...I don't see where using BlueScreenView will be of any significance or useful. I would not follow that suggestion.

To be perfectly honest, in my opinion the OP has not provided enough information for anyone to offer intelligent advice.

I see a number of 'new members' appearing today with somewhat ridiculous statements. Here's another one. Maybe it's national Troll day today or something.

Should read Any Information-
About Blank is a name of an infection, but I would need to see an OTL log (or similar), that we can not generate here -

Just my version
EDIT -

IE - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = about:blank
IE - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = about:blank
IE - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = about:blank
IE - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchURL,SearchURL = hxxp://realsearch.cc/?a=
IE - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,HomeOldSP = about:blank
IE - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = about:blank

From an infected scan
