A number of security holes have been closed in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash Professional. But to obtain them, you'll have to put money on the table in future. To update Photoshop for example costs $199 no less. Yes, you do get a few new extras, but if you're not interested in those and just want the security patches, you'll be left high and dry if you don't cough up.

UPDATE

It would appear that Adobe has succumbed to pressure and will shortly release security patches free of charge to address the vulnerabilities in Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash Professional.
