Can someone help me get rid of iserve.avg? It keeps locking up my computer and I can't use Internet Explorer.

Thanks!

iserve.avg is an Add on - http://isearch.avg.com - The only way around this add-on is to disable all add ons. When you try to remove it, the Remove button is disabled. When activated, you can't use any other search engines.

Does anyone know how to get rid of it?

Below is the script that comes up -
