Hello folks,
first i want to excuse for my broken english. But i hope that you can help me in the following process.
Today i was infected by the famous S.M.A.R.T HDD Virus, and i found the bleeping-computer-guide (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remove-smart-hdd).
I followed the orders, but i got some problems.

The Virus is only active in normal mode (with popup and stuff). In safe mode my files are also missing, screen is black, but no popup of the virus.
So when i run rkill in safe mode, he finds nothing. In normal mode, he kills the iexplore.exe successfully and the smart hdd is gone until the next restart of my computer.

So i went to safe mode an ran TDSS Killer from the guide. But he finds nothing. I continued running Malwarebytes (updated of course), full scan, and - no results. Cant find the virus.

Everytime when i restartet my computer, the virus is there again. What can i do to get rid of him?

Thank you for your help!
Chris

Hello Chris, when this happens we need a deeper look. Restate the issue in a new topic.

Please go here....Preparation Guide ,do steps 6-9.

Create a DDS log and post it in the new topic explained in step 9 which is here Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs and not in this topic, thanks.
If GMER won't run skip it and move on.

Let me know if that went well.
