When I ever I sign in to messenger there is pop-out window prompting me either to open or save a file named rad.msn.com.
I am not sure what it is.
I've google it and it is associated with posts related to worms and Trojans. I haven't opened the file, but I want to know what to do.
Is my computer infected with something or am I under attack?

Hello,

I got some help elsewhere and been able apparently to solve the problem, hence I retract my question.
I apologize for any inconvenience :)

Thank you :)

No inconvenience,thanks for the update.
How do I get help? Who is helping me?For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear....Become a BleepingComputer fan: Facebook
