System manufacturer and model?

If you can boot into safe mode...right-click on My Computer.

Right-click Properties...click Advanced tab, scroll down to Startup & Recovery section, click Settings button.

Scroll down to System Failure section, uncheck Automatically Restart.

Post the error message wording, please.

Download BlueScreenView:
http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/blue_screen_view.html
unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe to run the program.
when scanning is done, go to EDIT - Select All
Go to FILE - SAVE Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all of the content, and paste it into your next reply

Did you recently install or upgrade video drivers? If not, download and install the newest driver for your nvidia card.

1) Are you sure you downloaded the correct driver?

2) You didn't answer my question. Did you recently install a new driver?

3) Make sure you have the correct driver downloaded, make sure there are no other programs open, right-click on the executable file and choose "run as administrator".

Also, if you did not recently install a new driver, what is new or different since the last time everything worked properly (ie, new hw, new sw, virus, error, etc)?

we ran the driver update and it is the right one from G-force, it will run till the end then hang and then fail
It hangs at the HD audio driver and then fails!

Nothing has been changed or modified for a very long time. So we have no idea what is causing this.

I really don't understand what you are saying. Did you download the driver or not? When does it fail - when you are trying to download or after you download and during the installation? Have you actually downloaded the driver or not?

We got the right driver and when installing the driver it will get about 90% done and then hang forever and then fails!

Did you uninstall the old driver first? If not, please do so.
