NEED HELP!!! Loading OS Missing operating system Win7

Where i should start, my name is Ali and come from germny and i have a real serious problem with my computer right now, i use my computer for business and please nobody tell me i should creat a back-up or recovery, every day i getting important files, so its hard to make everyday a backup, i did mistake and i know it, now really the solution are in your hands.


The story so far: , yesterday i had start the anti virus software antivir for cealning malware , after reboot it comes allways the nasty blue screen with follow massage: stop: c0000135 the program can't start because %hs is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

so i try fix the problem by myself, i'm so stupid i had try to solve it with Bootrec.exe way , i had follow the instructions of http://support.microsoft.com/kb/927392/en-us and i have choose /FixBoot and after i reboot my computer it comes Loading OS Missing operating system , i cant access the F8 anymore , i cant do anything the Massage is appears allways.

The other big problem that I have hidden you i have a partition encryption on my computer (Drive crypt plus Pack)
with a Pre-Boot Authentication by starting the computer i have to put my password, this is still appears and works fine , but as i said after i put the password the massage

i know this is a difficult matter , but i'm raelly lost without your help, i really need the safe the files on this computer

thanks for any suggestion and helps in advance.

My computer is a Asus A53s with Windows 7 64 bits, if need more information let me knows

Is there any way to turn off the drive encryption? If not fixing this will be very difficult.
