Hello. I am not very good with computers and I am begging for some help. My computer has picked up something and I have run a fun scan with Avast, both normal scan and a boot time scan, which did pick up some things and deleted them. I also tried running malwarebytes which simply failed half way through the scan. My computer is running and fully accessable, but my Avast keeps putting up warnings every 10 seconds of malicious url blocked. Mostly these are related to the process of C:\windows\system32\ping.exe and seem to be blocking my computer connecting to some site who's address is a long list of numbers and letters. Randomly other processes are coming up, major programs on my computer, but mostly it is the ping.exe one.

I'm so sorry if I sound like a total idiot here, but I truely am a social user of the internet and do not know much about anything and would worship anyone who would take pity on me and try and help me out here. My apologies in advance if I sound like a total dweeb... I am just despirate for some help here. PLEASE HELP A LADY IN DESPIRATE NEED OF AN INTELLIGENT HELPER!!!! *begs on hands and knees*

this is the warning that keeps coming up every 10 seconds or more.

I have also used glaryutilities to delete my tempory files and it stopped it until I logged back on to the internet again.

Hello, you have a "oing ece " infection. To remove this we need a deeper look. Please go here....Preparation Guide ,do steps 6-9.

Create a DDS log and post it in the new topic explained in step 9 which is here Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs and not in this topic, thanks.
If GMER won't run skip it and move on.

Let me know if that went well
